Regarding Queta, seems like it's all about who the Celtics add. JJJ (contract) and Zubac (team playing better) seem very unlikely. Gafford, maybe. Guys like Rob Williams or DayRon Sharpe shouldn't immediately send Queta to the bench.
I'm as surprised as anyone with Queta's development. But having lived through bigs like Enes Kanter, Tristan Thompson, Tyler Zeller and Joel Anthony who failed to truly grow after joining Boston, I'm amazed at how much Queta has improved year over year. Even beloved guys like Theis and Rob hit a ceiling. Queta has blown past his apparent ceiling. They're not going to run plays for him, but the way Queta finishes around the basket has been very impressive to me.
Is he the starting big on a championship team? I dunno. But I'm not counting him out until I know who the other options are.
Great read! I agree with all the rankings. Love this!

I agree with you 100% about Queta. I appreciate what he brings when he is the court but we need a starting big and Queta is not that.
